Summary[]
A pair of ghosts try to wake Jimmy one night, when he finally wakes and realizes there are ghosts in his house he runs to Beezy. The Heinous is indifferent to Jimmy's predicament but the creepy lady helping with the cleaning confirms that there are two ghosts haunting his home. With Beezy too busy watching static on tv, Jimmy returns alone to confront the ghosts. The ghostly couple inform Jimmy that he's been ignoring them since he moved in, it turns out they lived here first (they didn't say anything since it'd be rude to interrupt). After all this time they need Jimmy's help to retrieve their most prized possession; their toaster. Lucius 'borrowed' it years ago and never gave it back.
The ghost couple need the toaster to return to Ghostville; they need to see their newborn niece. Jimmy thinks it'll be easy to get that toaster back, but Lucius denies having it when he asks about it. Jimmy foolishly believes him, unaware that Lucius does indeed have the toaster and treasures it. The couple continue to haunt Jimmy until he gets the toaster back, while Beezy sees his dad with the toaster and is fooled into thinking its a pair of shoes. Jimmy asks why they don't just haunt Lucius but the ghosts can't leave the house. Jimmy sees Lucius with the toaster and realizes he was tricked; so he and Beezy try to trick Lucius back.
The duo fail horribly in their scare attempt, so they call in Heloise. Even with her help the next tactic doesn't work, but Heloise accepts it as a challenge and comes up with a trick that DOES scare Lucius; filling his mansion with Jimmy dolls. Driven to madness by the Jimmy overload, Lucius relinquishes the toaster and the ghost couple return home. Jimmy can finally relax and Beezy gifts his dad a new toaster for shoes.
