Plot[]
Jimmy and Beezy are riding a tire and smash into the Wall of Misery, a wall that is always moaning. Jimmy puts on a goofy performance that gets the wall to smile for the first time in 200 years, much to Lucius' horror as he arrives on the scene. He tries to find someone that Jimmy can't make laugh, the first attempt fails so Lucius sends Jimmy and Beezy to an old hotel on a hill to see Mr. Ten who never laughs or smiles. Jimmy accepts the challenge with a slap of a glove and goes to see Mr. Ten, unfortunately his gags fail to get a laugh from the man and Lucius gloats before getting eaten.
Jimmy hasn't given up yet and goes back to try again, but still can't get a laugh to Lucius' amusement. The boys go into the old hotel and keep trying to bring a smile to Mr. Ten's face. After nothing they do works, Mr. Ten admits that he thinks Jimmy is hilarious but he is under a curse and cannot laugh. He was cursed by a terrible, despicable creature with sinister eyes, a wicked smile and a ponytail... yep, it's Heloise. Jimmy goes to see her and get her to lift the curse, it turns out it wasn't even a real curse, she was fed up with his irritating laughter and told him to stop 'OR ELSE!'
Jimmy returns to the hotel with a new plan, he dresses Beezy up like Heloise and has him 'lift the curse'. Beezy flubs his line and Mr. Ten runs off on a rampage, which Heloise forgot to mention he does when he sees her. Heloise gets him back under control and reluctantly 'lifts the curse', Jimmy finally makes Mr. Ten laugh to Lucius' disappointment.
