Plot[]
Beezy frolics through Heloise's lab as she is working on an experiment, causing mass messes wherever he goes and leaves Heloise infuriated. Beezy finally locates his missing sandwich in his room and falls asleep while watching tv, and when he wakes up his house is totally clean! Jimmy declares himself a detective to solve the case of who cleaned Beezy's place. The same situation happens to Lucius who finds his treasure vault organized. Lucius sends out a broadcast telling the citizens of Miseryville to keep the town messy and miserable... which is completely cleaned up the moment his back is turned.
Lucius is worried that Miseryville will start to become a nice place if this keeps up, so Beezy promises to make his dad proud and create the messiest mess the city has seen. Beezy deputizes Jimmy as his second in command and teaches him how to make messes as they wreak havoc across town (and Heloise's lab again). Beezy falls asleep and Jimmy leaves to show Lucius their work, only to find everything is clean again.
The three are more determined than ever to catch the 'Clean Sneak', though Jimmy's less than stellar detective work doesn't do much until Beezy announces a huge mess at Jimmy's house to lure out the sneak. Beezy trashes Jimmy's house and they wait for the trap to work, but Beezy falls asleep and Jimmy discovers that he is actually the clean sneak! Since it only happens when Beezy is asleep, the only solution is for Beezy to never sleep again. That doesn't work. But Jimmy realizes that Beezy has been humming the same song all day and finds that its from a commercial, which turns out to be a subliminal message by Heloise to force Beezy to clean everything as revenge for wrecking her lab. She asks Jimmy if he wants her to turn him back, but Jimmy wants him to clean his house first.
