Pop-sicles is a episode from Season 1.
Summary
Beezy's idea of misery is going around the town in a chicken suit. Lucius says that it only causes anguish, which is barely worst than worry. Lucius then grounds his son. (being grounded meaning being buried in a sand box) Jimmy states that Lucius and Beezy argue to much. When Jimmy comes back from getting ice cream, he stumbles his way into the "Hall Of Heinous". He learns it's where all former leaders of Miseryville are frozen inside blocks of ice. He then gets the idea to unfreeze Lucius's father (Lucius Heinous VI) to get Lucius Heinous VII and Beezy to stop arguing. But when Lucius # VI makes Lucius # VII and Beezy argue even more, Jimmy unfreezes all the other former Heinouses, except for the first. Everyone starts fighting afterwards. Jimmy then leads all the Heinouses back to the "Hall Of Heinous" to see Lucius Heinous I, which Jimmy says is unfrozen. After they relize it's just Jimmy in a costume, Beezy quickly uses a lever to freeze all the Heinouses again, except for Lucius # VII. In a scene afterwards Beezy says the freezer is broken. Lucius thinks it's the freezer holding all the former Heinouses, when it's really just the refridgerator freezer.
