Summary[]
After Lucius's private pool security system malfunctions, Jimmy and Lucius find themselves stuck on a deserted island
Plot[]
Lucius has a new swimming pool made of all the water in Miseryville, creating an ocean sized pool that only he's allowed to swim in. Heloise has set up a security system to keep others out, though Jimmy gets in anyway. Lucius tries to get Jimmy out of his pool while Heloise plans a picnic for herself and Jimmy, which Beezy tries to hijack and in the process accidentally activates the security system while his dad and Jimmy are still in the pool. The two are chased by electric piranhas to a tiny, deserted island with no way to call for help. Left on their own, Lucius and Jimmy try to rescue themselves, to no avail.
Drawing a line across the island, Lucius leaves Jimmy with only a tiny portion to stay on, and tells him he can keep anything he finds there. Jimmy finds a treasure chest immediately. Lucius pleads with the boy to hand over the treasure, agreeing to be his 'Island Buddy' if he does. Lucius gets the treasure just as a ship full of pirates arrives to take it (they were hired by Heloise for security and don't recognize Lucius from the photo they received of him). Jimmy is rewarded for finding the treasure while Lucius is taken prisoner. Jimmy sails back to Miseryville on his rock boat and, after partaking in Heloise's picnic, sails back to rescue Lucius with pirate attire and a sandwich. Saved by Jimmy, Lucius tries to swim away until Heloise turns the security back on.
