Summary[]
Heloise interrupts Beezy's fishing for her usual meanness, but the Heinous isn't fazed since five minutes ago a new girl named Mean Jean blew up the forest and burned his sandwich. Heloise insists that she's the number one mean girl in Miseryville (not to mention the cutest) and pays a visit to her new competitor. Jean initially mistakes Heloise for a cleaning person but Heloise stands her ground and asserts that she's the meanest girl in town. Heloise challenges her to a mean-off, and the sucker Jean chooses to be their victim is Jimmy. Heloise is initially reluctant to play her meanest tricks on Jimmy, but relents when Jean makes chicken noises at her. Heloise loses the challenges because Jimmy isn't scared of her mean face and thinks her catapult was fun, and Beezy eats both trick sandwiches and gets hurt. To add insult to injury, Lucius arrives to give Jean the mean award that was Heloise's!
Prioritizing Jimmy over reclaiming her title, Heloise goes to apologize for the tricks but finds Jean at his house while he's playing a virtual reality game. Realizing that Jean is trying to steal Jimmy from her, Heloise is furious. She tries to win Jimmy back but Jean one ups her again. At Jean's pool, Jimmy wonders where Heloise is, and though Jean tries to badmouth her Jimmy laughs it off and fondly produces a photograph of him and Heloise with a stinky cheese sandwich. Lucius is also there, in exchange for pool access he lets Jean use his guards. Heloise tries to break in but get's swatted away while Beezy is escorted off the premise when he tries to get in to eat Lava Worm casserole.
While watching a movie, Jimmy thinks its time for him to head home (and Lucius gets kicked out by his own guards) and Jean is offended, no one has ever said no to her before. Jimmy meets up with Beezy just in time for Heloise to return with an upgraded mech suit. She and Jean have a rematch, a mech suit slap fight! To prove her nastiness, Jean throws one of Heloise's friends across town... but she picks Beezy and Heloise doesn't care. Then she grabs Jimmy and says that Heloise's problem is that she's a softie when she tells her to put him down. Heloise denies this and insists that it's her job to pick on Jimmy. Jean tosses him and Heloise manages to catch Jimmy and he realizes just how mean Jean is. He and Heloise team up to take her down with Jimmy taking out the mech suits power while Heloise delivers the butt-kicking. Heloise comes out on top, reclaims her trophy from Lucius (who's mad at Jean for kicking him out) and reasserts herself as the meanest (and cutest) girl in Miseryville.
